Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic financial planning initiatives to support business growth and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on financial goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional development and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial control processes.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to finance.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
