Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to lead the development of scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. This role combines robust backend development using .NET Core and Node.js with advanced front-end implementation in ReactJS and Next.js. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to design, develop, and deliver high-performance, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with organizational and client requirements. This position will support digital transformation initiatives and ensure high-quality deployment practices.

Software Requirements

Required:

• Strong experience with .NET Core (version 3.1 or higher) for backend development.

• Hands-on expertise with Node.js for building scalable server-side components.

• Proven skills in ReactJS and Next.js for creating dynamic, user-friendly UI/UX interfaces.

• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs within microservices architecture.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 for frontend development.

• Familiarity with Git for version control, Jenkins or TeamCity for CI/CD pipelines, and containerization with Docker.

• Cloud deployment experience on AWS, including services like Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, and RDS.

Preferred:

• Experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms.

• Exposure to Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure automation.

• Knowledge of serverless architectures and cloud-native design principles.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services and APIs using .NET Core and Node.js.

• Build and enhance front-end interfaces with ReactJS, Next.js, HTML5, and CSS3 that offer responsive and optimized user experiences.

• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and DevOps teams to translate requirements into efficient solutions.

• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and enforce coding standards to ensure security, performance, and maintainability.

• Integrate front-end components with backend services via REST APIs, ensuring high security and data consistency.

• Automate deployments and integrate CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery processes.

• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to optimize scalability and reliability.

• Document design, architecture, and implementation details to support ongoing maintenance and upgrades.

Experience Requirements

• 7+ years supporting enterprise full-stack applications with .NET Core and Node.js.

• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying microservices and REST APIs.

• Demonstrated expertise developing scalable, secure, and maintainable front-end applications with ReactJS and Next.js.

• Previous experience supporting cloud deployments on AWS or similar platforms.

• Skilled in automation, containerization, and CI/CD implementations.

• Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or enterprise digital solutions is preferred; relevant project experience is acceptable.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop, enhance, and deploy backend microservices and REST APIs leveraging .NET Core and Node.js.

• Build modern, responsive front-end applications with ReactJS and Next.js.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions.

• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments.

• Automate deployment pipelines and infrastructure provisioning.

• Troubleshoot application issues, monitor system health, and optimize performance.

• Document architecture, API specifications, deployment procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise-level web applications supporting microservices architecture.

• Proven expertise with .NET Core, Node.js, ReactJS, and Next.js in production environments.

• Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or full-stack development are advantageous.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
