Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in Node.js and React to develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performance-optimized solutions that meet business objectives. The successful candidate will contribute to the organization’s digital growth by building responsive, secure, and maintainable applications aligned with enterprise standards.

Software Requirements

• Required:

  • Proven expertise in Node.js (minimum 7 years), including building scalable APIs and server-side applications

  • Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks such as React.js and Angular.js (at least intermediate in React)

  • Experience with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for deployment and scaling purposes

  • Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)

  • Version control systems experience, especially Git

• Preferred:

  • Exposure to GraphQL APIs

  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Node.js for backend services and React.js for front-end interfaces.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver features in an Agile environment.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, conducting comprehensive code reviews for quality assurance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring seamless user experience and system stability.

• Optimize application performance and scalability through code tuning, profiling, and best practices.

• Work with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of applications.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices, providing recommendations for technical improvements.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing full-stack applications, with at least 3 years focused on Node.js and React.js.

• Proven success in designing and deploying scalable, high-performance web applications across enterprise environments.

• Experience integrating front-end with back-end services via REST or GraphQL APIs.

• Familiarity with cloud deployment and microservices architecture highly preferred.

• Industry experience in finance, technology, or digital product sectors is desirable.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop, enhance, and deploy web applications using Node.js and React.js technology stacks.

• Collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to implement new features and improve existing solutions.

• Conduct code reviews and unit testing to ensure software quality.

• Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance in real-time environments.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Document design decisions, APIs, and deployment procedures for maintainability and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience with Node.js and React.js in a professional setting.

• Proven experience in developing scalable, secure web applications and APIs.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, React certifications) are a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and rapidly changing requirements.
