Head of Supply Strategy

We are looking for a Head of Supply Strategy to architect, scale, and optimize Lokal’s supply ecosystem across categories (Astrology, Dostt, Astro,).

This role goes beyond operations — it is about designing the supply engine of the company.

Core Responsibilities
A. Systems & Process Design

• Build person-level performance frameworks
• Create SOPs for R1, R2, retention, certification, KYC
• Design quality scoring systems
• Standardize onboarding across languages

B. Performance Ownership

• Own supply metrics: onboarding rate, activation %, retention %, quality score
• Create dashboards for daily/weekly reviews
• Identify leakages and design interventions

C. Org Building

• Design middle-layer structure
• Build growth ladder for telecallers → managers
• Create incentive frameworks
  

D. Experimentation

• Run onboarding experiments
• Improve supply liquidity
• Reduce churn
  
  

Requirements

Who You Are

• 6–10 years experience
• Has scaled ops in a marketplace / gig platform
• Has built dashboards and incentive systems
• Comfortable with data
• Has handled 30–100 member remote teams
