HR Telecalling Intern

📍 Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
🕒 Working Days: 6 days/week, 1 rotational weekly off
⏰ Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Standard office hours)
💼 Experience: Fresher (0–1 year)
📅 Contract Duration: 3 Months
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and highly organized Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team at Instawork. In this role, you will get hands-on experience working on end-to-end recruitment, serving as the critical bridge between our hiring teams and prospective candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Support the full recruitment lifecycle for various open positions.
High-Volume Outreach: Source, screen, and make 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates.
Interview Coordination: Take ownership of lining up and scheduling interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams.
Candidate Communication: Manage ongoing follow-ups, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, candidate statuses, and interview schedules.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and exceptional attention to detail (crucial for interview coordination).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment.
Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Base Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
🍱 Food Allowance: ₹200 per day
