About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and non-IT positions across various industries. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.

Working Days – 6

Mode – Work From Office (Monday to Friday ) Saturday (WFH)
