Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned SAP S4HANA Logistics Functional Lead

Skills Expected in an SAP SD Lead

• Deep expertise in SAP SD & O2C
• Strong cross‑functional integration knowledge
• Client‑facing and leadership skills
• Experience with ECC and/or S/4HANA
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities

 

Mandatory skill sets:

• Ø Provide expertise in assisting business and end users for day-to-day operations primarily in SAP
• SD / S4HANA Logistics and front-end technologies
• Ø Good understanding of Business and process analysis
• Ø Liaising with stakeholders from Engineering, Business Users, customer support teams and other
• cross functional teams
• Ø Quality Assurance & Documentation of issues with great detail and analysis
• Ø Flexibility to work on new areas is a must
• Ø Working Knowledge of ABAP Debugging is must
• Ø Working knowledge of Reports, Module Pool, Sap Scripts, Forms, ALV Reports, ALE/IDOC, service
• gateway / integrations, BADIs, BAPI's, SAP Queries, Object Oriented programming (WRICEFS)
• Ø Understanding of release and change management process

Preferred skill sets:

• Ø At least 8 years of Genuine IT experience in SAP SD (SD / HANA Sales certification preferred)
• Ø Should be well versed with Inquiries, Quotes, Sales Orders, Sales Return, Consignment Contract,
• Scheduling Agreements, Credit Debit Memo requests, Rush Orders Cash Sales, Back Orders etc.
• Ø Good understanding of the integration & exposure with MM and FI modules.
• Ø Knowledge of integration between SAP and non-SAP external systems (EDI), ALE, IDOC’s, rest
• API’s).
• Ø Experience of operating in a large enterprise landscape spanning SAP, middleware and other
• systems.
• Ø Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to
• meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for
• development of custom programs, testing, knowledge article creation.
• Ø Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills is a Must
• Ø Excellent communication and problem solving (troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring tools,
• queries) skills.
• Ø Identify issue patterns and drive continuous improvement ideas to avoid repetitive issues.
• Ø Desirable working with Service now, JIRA and commendable knowledge on Incident
• management, Problem management.
• Ø Contribute to success metrics and regularly evaluate and adjust execution strategy to achieve the
• success measures.
• Ø Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ø Understand Business flows and able to articulate well on scenarios that he/she worked.
• Ø Must be able to debug an issue and communicate back to the core team to investigate further.
• Ø Ability to think Critically and execute with right actions to avoid impact to client Business.
• Ø Knowledge on GTS/BIS is added advantage
