Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned SAP S4HANA Logistics Functional Lead
Responsibilities:
Ø Ø Provide expertise in assisting business and end users for day-to-day operations primarily in SAP Ø SD / S4HANA Logistics and front-end technologies Ø Ø Good understanding of Business and process analysis Ø Ø Liaising with stakeholders from Engineering, Business Users, customer support teams and other Ø cross functional teams Ø Ø Quality Assurance & Documentation of issues with great detail and analysis Ø Ø Flexibility to work on new areas is a must Ø Ø Working Knowledge of ABAP Debugging is must Ø Ø Working knowledge of Reports, Module Pool, Sap Scripts, Forms, ALV Reports, ALE/IDOC, service Ø gateway / integrations, BADIs, BAPI's, SAP Queries, Object Oriented programming (WRICEFS) Ø Ø Understanding of release and change management process
Ø Ø At least 8 years of Genuine IT experience in SAP SD (SD / HANA Sales certification preferred) Ø Ø Should be well versed with Inquiries, Quotes, Sales Orders, Sales Return, Consignment Contract, Ø Scheduling Agreements, Credit Debit Memo requests, Rush Orders Cash Sales, Back Orders etc. Ø Ø Good understanding of the integration & exposure with MM and FI modules. Ø Ø Knowledge of integration between SAP and non-SAP external systems (EDI), ALE, IDOC’s, rest Ø API’s). Ø Ø Experience of operating in a large enterprise landscape spanning SAP, middleware and other Ø systems. Ø Ø Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to Ø meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for Ø development of custom programs, testing, knowledge article creation. Ø Ø Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills is a Must Ø Ø Excellent communication and problem solving (troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring tools, Ø queries) skills. Ø Ø Identify issue patterns and drive continuous improvement ideas to avoid repetitive issues. Ø Ø Desirable working with Service now, JIRA and commendable knowledge on Incident Ø management, Problem management. Ø Ø Contribute to success metrics and regularly evaluate and adjust execution strategy to achieve the Ø success measures. Ø Ø Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills. Ø Ø Understand Business flows and able to articulate well on scenarios that he/she worked. Ø Ø Must be able to debug an issue and communicate back to the core team to investigate further. Ø Ø Ability to think Critically and execute with right actions to avoid impact to client Business. Ø Ø Knowledge on GTS/BIS is added advantage
