Job Description & Summary

A career within Consulting Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage transformation to enhance their customer experiences.

Responsibilities :

Business Analysis

Requirements Management: Elicit, document, and trace business and functional requirements. Process & Data Analysis: Map current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. Stakeholder Engagement: Lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and drive solution alignment. Testing & Validation: Define acceptance criteria, support UAT, and ensure business needs are met. Knowledge Leadership: Own end-to-end analysis for strategic initiatives; act as SME for requirements. Performance Management: Balance multiple priorities and bridge business-IT communication. Domain Knowledge: Either one of Retail, Healthcare, Pharma, Banking, Travel & Hospitality

Communication

Strong verbal and written communication. Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories/specs. Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs effectively.

*Mandatory skill sets 

Tools & Methodologies

Proficient in: Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, JIRA, Confluence. Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

*Preferred skill sets 

Business Process Modeling, Change Management, UI/UX Design Thinking Data Visualization, Analytics, and Modeling , Aladdin platform Generative AI Use Cases, Storytelling

*Years of experience required 

7 – 11 yrs of relevant experience

*Education Qualification  

· Work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies preferred

Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Business Administration, or related field.

Relevant certifications; CCBA/ECBA + Agile certifications
