Job Description 

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Manager to join our team as a Full-Time Employee (FTE). This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in SRE and leadership skills. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance while mentoring and managing a high-performing team. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage the Site Reliability Engineering team to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. 

• Design and implement scalable and reliable systems to meet business needs. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the reliability and efficiency of services. 

• Develop, implement, and monitor system performance metrics and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met. 

• Act as a mentor and coach for team members, fostering professional growth and technical excellence. 

• Manage incident response and troubleshooting processes to minimize system downtime. 

• Continuously assess and improve the reliability processes and practices within the organization. 

Experience & Qualifications 

• Experience: 8-12 years in Site Reliability Engineering or related fields. 

• Proven track record of managing teams in a technical capacity. 

• Expertise in implementing SRE best practices, such as monitoring, alerting, and automation. 

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, distributed systems, and containerization technologies. 

• Excellent communication and leadership skills. 

Preferred Sector Expertise 

While the specific sector expertise is not defined, a background in industries with high reliability requirements, such as technology, finance, or healthcare, would be an advantage.
