The candidate should have experience of working with chemical companies. 

12 to 15 years experience in consulting (Business development + Delivery).  

Business development and consulting experience with Indian chemical companies is a must. 

Mandatory skill sets:  

Chemicals,Business development , Consulting, Strategy experience, supply chain and operations  

Preferred skill sets:  

Use feedback and reflection to develop self -awareness, personal strengths and address development areas.  

· Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.  

· Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.  

 has to have strengths in one of the sectoral and one of the functional skill-set, anything additional in above areas i.e. more than 2 strength areas would be preferential>
