As we expand our footprint, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director for our ServiceNow Pre-Sales team to lead strategic engagements and drive growth. 

Position Overview: As the Associate Director, ServiceNow Pre-Sales, you will play a pivotal leadership role in steering our pre-sales strategies, directing high-impact client engagements, and championing the technical sales process. Your expertise and leadership will be critical in reinforcing our market position and enhancing client satisfaction with ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities: 

 

· Thought Partnership: Collaborate with sales leadership and executive teams to craft strategies that enhance market presence and optimize sales outcomes. 

 

· Solution Innovation: Spearhead efforts to continuously improve and innovate our ServiceNow offerings and ensure they align with client needs and industry trends. 

 

· Executive Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow capabilities and business value. 

 

· Expert Presentations: Deliver compelling, tailored presentations and product demonstrations to influence and drive client decisions. 

 

· Market Leadership: Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor strategies, and technological advancements, positioning us as thought leaders in ServiceNow solutions. 

 

· Feedback and Improvement: Facilitate a robust feedback mechanism to support continuous improvement of ServiceNow offerings and client satisfaction. 

 

 

Mandatory skill sets: 

· Leadership Skills: Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams, with strong strategic and operational skills. 

· Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platforms, architecture, and various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM. Driving discovery workshops as and when needed. Driving discovery workshops as and when needed. 

· Communication: Superior communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing executive-level audiences. 

 

Preferred skill sets: 

· Certifications: Professional ServiceNow certifications are highly advantageous. 

Years of experience required: 

10-15 years of progressive experience in IT service management, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow solutions, including leadership and management roles. 

Education qualification: 

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
