Job Description & Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant with strong ABAP development skills and hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation projects. The ideal candidate will work on designing, configuring, and developing custom solutions for transportation processes and integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects on S/4HANA.
  • Configure SAP TM functionalities such as freight order management, planning, and execution.
  • Develop and enhance custom ABAP programs, interfaces, and reports for SAP TM and S/4HANA.
  • Work on integration scenarios between SAP TM, SAP EWM, and SAP ERP.
  • Design and implement BOPF enhancements, PPO processing, and TM-specific developments.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization of ABAP code.
  • Support cutover activities, data migration, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with SAP best practices.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of SAP experience with at least 3+ years in SAP TM and strong ABAP development skills.
  • Hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Expertise in ABAP Objects, Enhancements, BOPF framework, and OData services.
  • Familiarity with TM master data, planning, charge management, and execution processes.
  • Knowledge of integration with SAP EWM and ERP.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skill Sets:

Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 for TM-related apps.

Knowledge of SAP PI/PO or CPI for integration.

SAP certification in SAP TM or ABAP for S/4HANA.
