Job Description& Summary 

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with 2–4 years of experience in building scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS Cloud services. The candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, hands-on development exposure, and mandatory AI-led development experience using modern AI coding tools. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain backend applications and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. 

• Participate in SDLC activities including development, unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and production support. 

• Build and support cloud-native solutions using AWS services such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, Lambda, and CloudFormation. 

• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product Owners, and Architects to ensure smooth delivery and deployment. 

• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot incidents, and follow security best practices including IAM roles and policies. 

• Create and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and operational guides. 

Mandatory Skill Sets

• 2–4 years of hands-on Java development experience with strong Spring Boot knowledge. 

• Experience with Microservices architecture and REST API development. 

• Good understanding of AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development. 

• Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases. 

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodology, debugging, and problem solving. 

• Must have AI-led development experience using any AI coding/development tool such as MHCP/Microsoft Copilot, GHCP/GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude AI, Amazon Q Developer, or equivalent. 

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following AWS services: CloudWatch, CloudTrail, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation. 

Preferred Skill Sets

• Experience: 2–4 years in Java backend development. 

• Technical fit: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, AWS, Git/CI-CD. 

• AI-led development: Hands-on usage of MHCP, GHCP, Cursor AI, Claude AI, Amazon Q, or equivalent is mandatory. 

• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following AWS services: CloudWatch, CloudTrail, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation. 

• Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days only
