Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a skilled Cloud and Enterprise Tech Operations Engineer with expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Linux server administration. The candidate will be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud solutions, developing automation scripts, and implementing security best practices to safeguard enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

• Cloud Management: Deploy, manage, and optimize solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including compute, storage, networking, and database services.
• Linux Administration: Administer and maintain Linux servers, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Scripting & Automation: Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., Bash, Python, Shell) to automate system tasks, deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Security Management: Implement security best practices for Oracle Cloud and Linux environments to safeguard enterprise data and technology assets.
• Incident & Performance Management: Respond to technical issues, monitor system performance, and conduct capacity planning to ensure optimal operations. ,
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and automation workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with Oracle and other vendors for support, renewals, and new requirements.
• ITSM Ticketing: Utilize ServiceNow or similar tools for incident and change management.

Mandatory skill sets:

• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Linux server administration.
• Advanced scripting skills (Bash, Shell, Python, etc.) for automation and system management.
• Security-oriented mindset with a good understanding of cloud security and core networking protocols (AD, NTP, DNS, terminal services).
• Certified In Oracle Cloude infrastructure
