Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Semi-Voice)

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 (In-Hand) + Incentives


Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Semi-Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries through calls, chats, and emails while ensuring high customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Resolve complaints and escalate when required
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Ensure clear and professional communication



Eligibility Criteria:


  • Experience in customer support or semi-voice preferred
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Customer-focused attitude


Shift Details:


  • Girls: Day Shift
  • Boys: Rotational Shift


Work Details:


6 Days Working (1 Rotational Off)

No Cab Facility
