Job Description & Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Human Capital Management modules to optimize our HR processes. You will work closely with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements related to HR processes and translate them into SAP HCM configurations.
- Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM modules such as Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Recruitment, Benefits, Training, and Performance Management.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and perform system testing.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM-related issues.
- Conduct training sessions and prepare documentation for end-users.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with corporate policies and local labor laws.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancement projects.
- Liaise with SAP support and technical teams (ABAP developers) where necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM modules and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant (3+ years preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules including OM, PA, TM, Payroll, and others.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and labor laws.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team environment.
Mandatory skill sets:
SAP HCM
Preferred skill sets:
- SAP HCM certification.
- Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP Workflow for HR processes.
- Knowledge of integration between SAP HCM and other SAP modules (FI, CO).
- Familiarity with SAP HCM reporting tools and data migration techniques.
