Summary:
As an Infrastructure Advisor, a typical day involves providing expert guidance to senior technology leaders on the best approaches for designing and implementing IT infrastructure. This role requires evaluating various strategic options and crafting a comprehensive foundation that supports effective execution. The day is often spent balancing technological capabilities with financial and operational considerations to ensure the infrastructure strategy aligns with organizational goals. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to refine and optimize these strategies is a key aspect of the daily workflow, ensuring that the infrastructure remains robust, scalable, and efficient.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Work Load Automation Architecture and Design.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure design principles and best practices.
- Experience in evaluating and optimizing technology, financial, and operational levers within IT environments.
- Ability to develop scalable and efficient infrastructure solutions that support organizational needs.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive consensus and informed decision-making.
- Competence in analyzing complex problems and delivering practical, innovative solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Work Load Automation Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
