Infrastructure Support Engineer – Graduate Apprentice / Campus Hire

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated engineering graduates to join our IT Infrastructure Support team as Graduate Apprentices / Campus Hires. This role is designed to provide foundational, hands‑on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure operations while developing technical, professional, and customer‑facing skills.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in infrastructure and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Support

• Assist in supporting IT infrastructure components, including servers, operating systems, storage, and basic networking.
• Perform routine system checks, monitoring, and housekeeping activities under supervision.
• Support basic provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of infrastructure resources.

Incident & Service Request Handling

• Assist in handling incidents and service requests related to infrastructure issues.

Documentation & Process Learning

• Help update knowledge articles, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Learn IT service management and operational best practices.
• Adhere to security, access control, and compliance guidelines.

Learning & Collaboration

• Participate in structured training, mentoring, and on‑the‑job learning programs.
• Work closely with senior engineers and cross‑functional IT teams.
• Demonstrate professionalism, good communication, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology - 

Technical Awareness (Good to Have)

• Basic understanding of:
  • Windows or Linux operating systems
  • Server and data center concepts
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS – basic awareness)
  • Storage concepts (SAN/NAS – introductory)
  • Virtualization concepts (basic understanding)

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Internship / apprenticeship / academic project experience related to:
  • IT infrastructure support
  • Systems or network administration
  • IT operations or data center environments

Comfortable with shift‑based work or rotational schedules. 

Working hours:  Open to operate 24/7 shift rotation.
