As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their unique business challenges and translating these into effective system integration solutions. The role requires facilitating discussions around business transformation and customer experience, while designing functional and application frameworks that align with client objectives. This position demands active collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that technology implementations accurately reflect business needs and contribute to seamless operational workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of integration methodologies and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience with API design and management to enable seamless data exchange between systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical integration solutions.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and orchestration tools to optimize system interactions.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to maintain system reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
