  What you'll build  

• End-to-end enablement programmes aligned to strategic initiatives, with clear milestones and measurable outcomes
• Change management activities - impact assessments, adoption plans, targeted communications - that help people move confidently through transformation
• Enablement content created and iterated using AI tools: personalised learning journeys, optimised formats, faster turnaround
• Practical AI use cases and best practices that you share with stakeholders to build their confidence and adoption
• Dashboards and reports that track what's landing, prove impact, and guide what comes next 

  What you bring  

• Experience in enablement and change management, with the ability to engage different audiences and tailor your approach
• Confidence facilitating workshops and interactive sessions that lead to real behavioural change
• AI tools are already part of how you work - content creation, analysis, automation, or insight generation
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing without authority across teams and cultures
• You structure complex topics into clear, practical guidance without losing the nuance
• A proactive mindset - you experiment, iterate, and improve without waiting for permission
