Lead the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end web applications using .NET full stack technologies and React for the front end. 2. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices. 3. Develop RESTful APIs, services, and backend components using .NET, ensuring high performance, reliability, and proper error handling. 4. Build responsive, intuitive, and reusable UI components in React, integrating them seamlessly with backend services. 5. Review code, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across the team. 6. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, supporting them in problem-solving, design decisions, and career growth. 7. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, product owners, and business analysts to ensure high-quality releases and smooth delivery cycles. 8. Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical grooming, providing accurate effort estimates and identifying risks early. 9. Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes and improvements. 10. Ensure proper documentation of technical designs, APIs, and key implementation details to support knowledge sharing and maintainability. 11. Champion best practices in security, performance optimization, and scalability across the full stack.
