Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design complex solutions using multiple technologies to address cross functional needs, and convert design to functional and technical specifications.

• Provides and/or oversees business application functional  support services to meet customer performance, availability, service level agreemens and  customer satisfaction targets. 

• Delivers project and support services within area of responsibility within allocated budget.

• Ensures adherence to GIS project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, RCA  and other relevant processes, standards, governance and controls

• Plan and manage medium to large scale, complex, integrated application or platform projects to ensure effective and efficient execution in line with guardrails of scope, timeline, budget and quality.

Required Skills

• Strong experience coordinating custom web application development with technical teams using React, Angular, Python, .NET, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of application development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery practices.
• Working knowledge of data analytics and reporting solutions, including requirements gathering and validation.
• Hands‑on experience using Atlassian Jira for backlog management and Confluence for documentation.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect triage, and release coordination across multiple environments.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau and SSRS.
• Familiarity with data platforms like Databricks for analytics and reporting use cases.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) and cloud‑based deployment concepts.
• Experience supporting data validation, reconciliation, and KPI-driven reporting solutions.
• Prior experience in an offshore–onshore delivery model for enterprise applications.

• ·  Coordinate end-to-end delivery of custom web apps with Engg teams across design, build, test, release, and hypercare.

  ·  Convert business needs into clear user stories/acceptance criteria and manage backlog, priorities, and dependencies in Jira.

  ·  Maintain functional/technical documentation, decisions, and runbooks in Confluence.

  ·  Work with tech leads on UI requirements and integration expectations for apps built using React / Angular.

  ·  Coordinate backend/service and automation workstreams involving Python, .NET, and SQL (interfaces, validations, defect fixes).

  ·  Support reporting deliverables using Tableau / SSRS, ensuring KPI definitions, drilldowns, and usability meet business expectations.

  ·  Partner with data/platform teams for reporting pipelines and datasets using Databricks (data readiness, refresh cadence, reconciliation).

  ·  Ensure solution readiness across cloud environments (Azure/AWS) including access prerequisites, environment dependencies, and release coordination.

  ·  Lead UAT planning & execution, triage defects, drive RCA discussions with Business and Engg teams, and ensure closure with quality sign-off.

  ·  Provide concise status/RAID updates, escalate risks early, and align stakeholders on scope, timelines, and go-live readiness.
