Role Summary

The Assistant Manager – SAP IBP Inventory Optimization will design and implement inventory optimization strategies within SAP IBP to balance service levels and inventory costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure inventory optimization models in SAP IBP
• Define service levels, constraints, and optimization parameters
• Work with business teams to shape inventory policies and KPIs
• Integrate inventory optimization with demand and supply planning processes
• Lead testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory performance

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–9 years of SAP supply chain planning experience
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP Inventory Optimization
• Good understanding of inventory strategies, service levels, and cost balancing
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management
