Job Description

KGS - Executive - IT Operations - VDI - Bangalore

Executive IT operations VDI support

Knowledge of Windows OS, end-user IT hardware and IT operations support.
Good understanding of VDI environment (Citrix/VMWare/WVD/Amazon WorkSpaces).
Providing Support and troubleshoot issues reported for VDI desktop.
Support the applications published within VDI.
Guiding users on the proper usage of VDI for better responsiveness.
Create Incident tickets depending upon the impact of the issue reported.
Work on the issue tickets in the queue assigned to the teamwork queue.
Escalate the issues to Onshore/vendor teams as required, work with them and follow-up till the issue closure as required.
Work with business users on the production floor/remotely to understand issues as needed for troubleshooting issues.
Analyze the support process efficiency and provide recommendations for improvement.
Operate 24x7 shift timings if needed.
