SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Manager

KGS- SAP- CFIN- Manager

Roles & Responsibilities: 

ØCandidate must have more than 10 years of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA experience in the areas FICO and CFIN module along with its integration with other modules like to FI, CO, IntegrationØShould have strong expertise with configuration and design of various types for value mapping, key mapping, CO objects mapping, Initial load, Central payments, Sync back functionality, replication of documents, AIF error handling.ØExperience in SLT (System Landscape Transformation) added advantage.ØMust have done at least 1 end to end implementation.ØMust be part of implementation in recent project.ØExperience with SAP FICO and CFIN. Knowledge of "best practices" in functional areas and ability to apply SAP knowledge to add value to client implementations.ØShould have worked in large scale implementations, transformation projects and played a critical role in gathering and defining requirements, FIT GAP analysis, system configurations, project planning and deliveries etc..ØGood understanding of other SAP Modules, that directly or indirectly deals with Finance and CFIN Module.ØShould be very good at Client interaction & project delivery, good at handling & managing team of all SAP Modules.ØExecuting SAP related engagements - requirements gathering, pre & post implementation review, BBP design and review, configuration review, program management engagements, project risk engagements, data migration engagements, segregation of duties design or review engagement.ØCertification in S/4 Hana CFIN, S4 Hana Financial Accounting will be added advantage.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 4 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation in the Finance domain.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CFIN configuration and business process mapping.
• Good understanding of Universal Journal, Financial Closing, and Reporting in S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
• Exposure to cross-module integration with MM, SD, and PP.
• Basic understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP is a plus.

 

Certifications

• Required: SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification 
• Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level)

 

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, , or related field (B.Com, BBA, MBA, CA, ICWA, etc.)
