Job Description

Job description :

·      Manage day-to-day lab activities by working closely with Engineers, lab technicians, Facilities, and external suppliers.

·      Assure equipment calibration and maintenance is performed on time to support program commitments by interfacing with approved NABL Calibration agencies.

·      Support to complete New Product development and Life cycle management activities on time, with appropriate quality, and in compliance with relevant laboratory standards and regulations.

·      Monitor and control the test environment configurations.

·      Communicate regularly to Group Managers and Leads on Lab status, ongoing activities and any support required.

·      Generate, review and Maintain Lab quality records to support Q&R team.

·      Manage Lab stores & warehouse stocks with identification of all the parts.

·      Prepare Lab and equipment for Audit and ensure that there is good co-operation with other disciplines and departments.

·      Maintain 6s in the Lab.

·      Enforce the safety practices inside the Lab and report any Safety incidents / near misses to the Safety core team.

Relevant experience shall be 8-10 years

Qualifications

Diploma/ BE / BTECH (CSE, IT) / Master’s Degree in Computers / IT preferred
