Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, your typical day involves architecting large language models that are capable of processing and generating natural language. You will engage in designing neural network parameters and work with extensive datasets, ensuring that the models are trained effectively on large quantities of unlabeled text data. Your role will require collaboration with various teams to refine model performance and address challenges in natural language processing.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior professionals in best practices and innovative approaches to model architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering.
- Strong understanding of neural network design and architecture.
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and model training on large datasets.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
