Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, you will be responsible for architecting large language models that are capable of processing and generating natural language. Your typical day will involve designing neural network parameters and working with extensive datasets to ensure the models are trained effectively on large quantities of unlabeled text data. You will collaborate with various teams to refine model performance and contribute to innovative solutions in natural language processing.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in large language model architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing.
- Experience with training and fine-tuning large-scale language models on diverse datasets.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model performance metrics to drive improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
