Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, PLC / SCADA Program Engineer!
We are seeking a skilled PLC / SCADA Programmer to design, develop, test, and maintain industrial automation systems. The role involves working with PLC logic, SCADA visualization, and integration of control systems to ensure efficient and reliable plant operations.
Responsibilities
•    Experienced in scalable PLC, SCADA, and HMI programming using Rockwell Automation (Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk View), AVEVA ArchestrA (System Platform for Multinode design), and Siemens (TIA Portal/Simatic Manager (STEP 7) and WinCC) platforms. Strong expertise in at least two of these platforms is required.
•    Proficient in interfacing PLC with field transmitters, sensors, and controllers (Eg: pH, DO, RTD, pressure, flow, and weight transmitters, encoders, etc.) and output devices (Eg: VFDs, Direct-on-line starters, valves, actuators, etc.).
•    Proficient in I/O network protocols (Eg, Ethernet IP, Profibus, and Modbus) for PLC control systems.
•    Proficient in Protocol Gateway converter modules from leading manufacturers (Eg: Prosoft, HMS Networks - Anybus, Moxa).
•    Proficient in SQL database queries, backup, and restore processes.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Relevant years of experience in Industrial Automation (PLC/DCS control systems) software design.
•    Proficient in the Software product development and release process (Requirements, testing, and defect/bug management).
•    Good technical skills
•    Good interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
•    Clear thinking and diligent approach
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Familiarity with networking configurations for server-to-server and PLC-to-server communications.
•    Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
