About your team

ISS Delivery provides the design and delivery of all changes in business process and/or technology solutions that support the growth for Fidelity’s Global Investment Solutions & Services business. We support Investment Management, Asset Management Operations and Distribtion teams primarily located in London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Toronto, Australia, Singapore and China.

About your role
Fidelity is embarking on  several strategic programs aimed at developing a comprehensive end-to-end solution to facilitate the next evolutionary stage of our Distribution Business. The successful candidate will join our Delivery & Change Team to support these programs, which cover areas such as Client Onboarding, Client Reporting, Sales Toolkit, and Customer Relationship Management System.

The successful candidate will join our Business Analysis team working with Client Reporting team, tasked with delivering change to our client servicing business.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading engagements with key stakeholders across the global investment team.
  • Collaborating with internal counterparts (architects, engineers and other analysts) across geographical locations.
  • Collaborating with third pary vendors to design solutions and optimise use of products used.
  • Producing high-quality documentation, requirements gathering, business analysis, and business process mapping and optimisation.
  • Managing end-to-end delivery of projects and changes from inception through to completion.
  • Providing support and training to users on the best use of technology platforms and tools.

About you

With a solid background in the analysis, design, and implementation of complex investment management technology solutions, you’re the specialist we need. You:

  • Preferably have 8+ years of experience in investment management technology specifically investment performance computation and performance attribution.
  • Have working knowledge of reporting tools like OAS/OBIEE, Vermillion, Power BI.
  • Have familiarity with CRM systems - Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Experience working in data platforms and decommissioning & replacing legacy systems with strategic systems.
  • Have experience with end-to-end systems implementation, from specification through to deployment.
  • Are proficient in SQL.
  • Are skilled in the use of business analysis tools like Excel, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Have strong experience in Agile delivery practices.
  • Have experience working with stakeholders and teams across a business and at all levels.
  • Know how to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Possess sound problem-solving and team-building skills.
  • Hold a relevant degree-level education, with professional qualifications (CFA, FRM, CIPM) being advantageous..
