Job Title: AI/ML EngineerDesignation: Lead Data Scientist (PhD in Computer Science)

Location: Bangalore, WTC 4

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team as a Lead Data Scientist. The ideal candidate will possess strong implementation knowledge in artificial intelligence and machine learning, driving innovative solutions that enhance our data-driven decision-making processes. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Technical Skills:

      Expert on Python/MATLAB, familiar with C++

      5+ years Algorithm development for commercial medical product

       Image & signal processing

      Computer vision algorithms: segmentation, registration, compression

       Medical imaging, medical image analysis

      Classical Image & Signal Processing:
Spatial/frequency domain filtering, Fourier Transform (FFT), STFT, multi-resolution analysis (Wavelet Transform),                 denoising, feature extraction.

        Computer Vision:
Image segmentation, feature detection, registration, object detection, and OpenCV-based implementation.

         Algorithm Development:
Design and optimization of robust image processing pipelines; multi-scale and adaptive methods.

AI / Deep Learning:
CNNs, Vision Transformers, U-Net, object detection models; experience in classification and segmentation using PyTorch/TensorFlow.

Medical Image Processing (good to have):
Experience with MRI, CT, OCT, fundus imaging, DICOM handling, and clinical image analysis.

Process Skills: 

       Deep understanding of medical images and computer vision/image processing algorithms and Analytics

Behavioral Skills:

       Result oriented team player

       Good in communication

       Interpersonal skills
