- Monthly PMS & Performance Reviews
- Own preparation and finalization of monthly PMS packs covering financial, operational, and strategic KPIs.
- Track actuals vs budget / forecast / prior period, analyze variances, and highlight key performance drivers.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across PMS outputs.
- Support and drive monthly CFO-led performance review meetings with business leadership.
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts for the business vertical.
- Coordinate with business teams to capture assumptions, volumes, pricing, order inflow, and cost drivers.
- Develop rolling forecasts and scenario models to support decision-making.
- Provide early warnings on performance risks and opportunities.
- Management Reporting & Executive Dashboards
- Design, maintain, and continuously enhance CFO- and Board-ready management reports and dashboards.
- Translate complex data into concise executive insights.
- Drive standardization, automation, and simplification of MIS and reporting processes through SAP
- Ensure reports are aligned with business priorities and strategic goals.
- Order Backlog & Revenue Visibility
- Own order backlog tracking, including order inflow, backlog ageing, execution status, and revenue phasing.
- Coordinate with sales, projects, and operations teams to ensure accurate and realistic backlog reporting.
- Analyze backlog quality, conversion risks, and forward revenue visibility.
- Provide F&A Head with forward-looking performance and cash visibility.
- Business Coordination & F&A Partnership
- Act as the primary performance interface between the F&A and business teams.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, projects, SCM, and other functions on business matters impacting performance.
- Convert business discussions into quantified financial and performance implications.
- Support ad-hoc analysis, strategic reviews, and leadership requests.
- Team Leadership & Performance Governance
- Lead and develop the PMS / MIS team, setting clear expectations on quality, timelines, and ownership.
- Establish PMS calendars, templates, definitions, and SOPs.
- Ensure strong controls, auditability, and single-version-of-truth reporting.
