Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail staff across multiple locations
• Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, referrals, and walk-ins
• Conduct initial screening and interviews
• Coordinate with store managers and operations teams for hiring needs
• Organize and participate in job fairs and bulk hiring drives
• Maintain candidate database and hiring reports
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
