We are looking for a dynamic and smart HR Recruiter to join our team and lead retail hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate should be confident, outgoing, and proactive, with a passion for talent acquisition and people interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail staff across multiple locations
- Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, referrals, and walk-ins
- Conduct initial screening and interviews
- Coordinate with store managers and operations teams for hiring needs
- Organize and participate in job fairs and bulk hiring drives
- Maintain candidate database and hiring reports
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
