As a Lead Technical Program Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Chief technology office team, you own the delivery of complex, multi-domain technology initiatives. You establish program strategy, operating cadence, and governance to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and with effective risk management. • Partner with Engineering and Architecture to ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including resilience, performance, scalability, observability, and maintainability
  • Coordinate delivery with Cybersecurity, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, and Audit stakeholders to ensure controls are designed, implemented, and evidenced
  • Maintain transparent program reporting for senior leadership, including milestone health, budget and resource status, risk posture, and trade-off recommendations
  • Identify systemic delivery bottlenecks and implement improvements to ways of working, including standard templates, tooling, metrics, and repeatable playbooks
  • Manage vendor and third-party delivery, including contracts support, delivery governance, performance management, and integration into internal controls and release processes

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-domain technology programs
  • Strong skills in program planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation
