Roles and responsibilities

• Experience of working in Front office functions of either Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience or Service
• A consultant with deep functional knowledge of the above functions, across industries
• Knowledge of tools, such as, Medallia, SPM, Workfront, SFMC, DAM/PIM or other platforms to improve the performance of the front office functions
• Experience in global system rollouts strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning. Knowledge of software development and implementation lifecycles.
• Lead the delivery by liaising with the senior leadership and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Support practice development initiatives, which includes innovation, knowledge management, point of view development, services standardization, etc.

Education / professional

qualifications

BE/BTech/MCA/ MBA or Experience in the required field.

Prior Experience:

The candidate must have of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / consulting / Big 4.

Experience & Background

• Experience in consulting or any other offshore-onshore coordinated work
• Manage and challenge senior stakeholders, and able to work beyond own area of expertise.
• Manage end-to-end delivery for projects.

• Highly focused on detail and accuracy of information presented.
• Willingness to travel overseas for extended periods if required.
