The Role

As a Manager - Cloud Engineering, you will lead and deliver high-impact cloud transformation initiatives for KPMG's enterprise clients. Your Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 cloud engineers, consultants, and DevOps specialists across multiple client engagements
• Build high-performing teams through recruitment, training, coaching, and career development
• Delegate effectively while maintaining oversight of technical quality and delivery timelines
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering)

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
• Translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions for executive audiences
