Job Description: Temenos Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Bangalore or Mumbai

Experience: 12+ years

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Temenos Techno-Functional Consultant / Transformation Lead with deep expertise in core banking transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional proficiency across Temenos T24 / Transact modules, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to lead enterprise-scale modernization, consulting, and client engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Temenos Implementation & Solutioning

·       - Lead end-to-end Temenos T24 / Transact implementation cycles, including requirement analysis, GAP fitment, solution design, configuration, and integration.

·       - Provide techno-functional leadership across Core Banking, Payments, Wealth Management, Retail & Corporate Banking.

·       - Drive parameterization, customizations, COB setup, and module enhancements.

·       - Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with Temenos best practices.

Transformation Leadership

·       - Lead large-scale core modernization programs for banks and financial institutions.

·       - Collaborate with stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, adoption strategy, architecture, and migration approach.

·       - Own program governance, risk management, and delivery excellence.

Techno-Functional Expertise

·       - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within the Temenos framework.

·       - Provide expertise in TAFJ/TAFC, OFS, IRIS, Integration Framework, JBASE, InfoBasic, and Temenos extensibility.

·       - Review technical designs, customizations, interfaces, and performance optimization strategies.

Client Engagement & Consulting

·       - Conduct workshops, functional demos, and solution assessments.

·       - Prepare BRDs, FSDs, solution documents, and process re-engineering plans.

Presales, Proposals & Business Development

·       - Support presales with solution design, effort estimation, RFP/RFI responses.

·       - Participate in client pitches and capability showcases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·       - 12+ years of techno-functional experience in Temenos T24 / Transact implementations.

·       - Hands-on experience in core banking, payments, wealth, and corporate banking modules.

·       - Strong understanding of Temenos architecture, frameworks, and tools.

·       - Experience in managing end-to-end transformation programs.

·       - Client-facing consulting experience with strong communication skills.
