Role Overview 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage core finance activities and support day-to-day financial operations in a GCC setup.

  • Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end book close activities.

  • Review and oversee accounts payable processing and employee expense reimbursements.

  • Ensure accurate accounting treatment in line with India GAAP and applicable tax requirements.

  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements.

  • Use Excel and ERP systems to support reporting, analysis, and process efficiency.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related issues and support business decisions.

  • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, accuracy, and turnaround time.

 

Qualifications

  • MBA, MCOM, CA, or ACWA.

  • Around 8–10 years of relevant finance experience.

  • Experience in core finance roles within a GCC environment.

  • Strong background in book close, accounts payable, and expense reimbursement.

  • Knowledge of India GAAP and taxation.

  • Proficiency in Excel and working experience in ERP systems.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
