Job Description

Manager-GDC

Roles & responsibilities 
Manage overall forecast for the region/ geography.
Assist business with insights on resource availability across Service groups.
Assist seniors on HC budgeting exercise.
· Apply thorough resource deployment knowledge to develop and implement onboarding and staffing strategies for a Service Network or Business Unit; align resources with engagement demands to optimize productivity and maintain reasonable workloads, fostering skill development; resolve complex conflicts and escalate issues to Associate Director or Director, as necessary
Must have vast Workforce Management knowledge.
Handling high level Reports for leadership
Knowledge related to any of the Scheduling tools ( Launchpad etc.)
Oversee staff work products and lead projects, while managing deadlines and expectations Team Management
Onshore Stakeholder Management
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions based on experience
The candidate will also be responsible for:
Manage practice-wide strategic initiatives and projects in support of resource deployment strategy; stay informed about business and regulatory impacts on resourcing needs Conducting periodic trainings; preparing/reviewing/updating the knowledge base/training material/ Process documents

Mandatory  technical & functional skills
High level of proficiency in MS office applications, like Excel, PowerPoint and Access as the candidate will be handling a large amount of data.
Proficiency with Alteryx and Power BI is highly desirable
The candidate is expected to have strong verbal and written communication skills.
The candidate is expected to have reasonable awareness of IT tools & applications.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret numerical data. 
Ability to use a range of Resourcing tools.
Ability to work in a high performing environment at a fast pace.
Process Improvement approach to continuously drive efficiencies and improve ways of working.
Resilient and capable of working in a challenging, continuously changing environment.
Diligent with a focus on attention to detail and Collaborative working style.
Understanding of the Resource Management process.

This role is for you if you have  the below
Educational qualifications 
Master’s degree from an accredited college/university, PMP certification
10 years + of experience in Scheduling / reporting and/or (WFM in general)
Work experience
Ability to understand and identify key issues from both summary and detailed data. 
Knowledge of Project Management, MS Visio and MS Project would be required
Candidate should have conflict management skill, dealing with situation-based challenges with problem solving approach.
Ability to strategies and provide insights to effectively grow the organization
Excellent storytelling and MS PowerPoint skills required
Analytical mind-set having keen observational qualities and an eye for detail
Strong executive presence and articulation skills required to influence business leaders and stakeholders
Ability to drive change through strong collaborative skills and ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Strong relationship building skills in a global matrix work environment.
