Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Organizational Partnership
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, developing comprehensive people plans that drive growth.
- Change Management: Act as a catalyst for organizational transformation, guiding teams through structural changes and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Organizational Development: Build organizational capability through targeted coaching, talent development, and the design of innovative O&D initiatives.
Talent & Performance Excellence
- Talent Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of talent planning, including performance management and succession planning to ensure leadership pipelines are robust.
- Talent Development: Identify critical training needs across all levels and foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Total Rewards & Relations: Provide expert guidance on compensation planning and resolve complex employee relations cases with a focus on compliance and fair resolution.
Data-Driven Leadership
- HR Analytics: Utilize HRIS tools to analyze metrics and provide actionable insights to business leaders regarding workforce trends and L&D effectiveness.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach junior HRBPs, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality HR delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Education: MBA or PGDBM in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience: 13+ years of progressive HRBP experience, including specific expertise in Organization Development.
- Leadership Context: Proven track record in HR leadership roles within organizations of 200 to 500 employees.
- Strategic Capability: Exceptional business acumen with the ability to translate high-level business goals into executable HR initiatives.
- Soft Skills: Advanced coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills; the resilience to handle conflict and provide constructive feedback to senior stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of HR and L&D metrics, project management, and data-driven decision-making.
