• The Growth Enablement Team (GET) is at the heart of Huron’s growth engine—driving consistency, quality, and impact across our global sales efforts.
• We are looking for a Manager – Sales & Pursuit Enablement to lead our India-based pursuit support team and play a key role in shaping high-impact proposals and client pursuits across geographies.

What You will Do
• Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team
Manage and grow a dynamic, multi-layered team, fostering a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous learning.
• Drive High-Impact Pursuits
Oversee end-to-end support for RFPs, proposals, and presentations—contributing directly to strategic opportunities and business wins.
• Collaborate Globally
Partner with U.S. and international stakeholders, gaining exposure to diverse markets, industries, and leadership styles.
• Shape Scalable Solutions
Strengthen processes, frameworks, and best practices to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality of delivery.

Manage capacity, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure seamless delivery in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, sales enablement, or business development support
• Strong experience in managing teams and driving delivery at scale
• Good understanding of the pursuit lifecycle (RFPs, proposals, presentations)
• Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across time zones
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Interest or experience in AI and digital tools is a plus
• Shipley Proposal Management or Proposal Writing training preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce and content management tool (e.g., Seismic) preferred
