Location: Bangalore, India

Role Purpose

As the Manager of the Transition Solutions Experts (TSE) team, you will lead a high-impact specialized technical group responsible for the integrity of our customer onboarding lifecycle. You will act as the bridge between Solution Design and Managed Services delivery, ensuring every project meets the rigorous technical standards defined in the Statement of Work (SoW).

Your mission is to serve as the Technical Quality Authority, ensuring that our operations teams inherit stable, documented, and high-performing environments.

What you’ll do

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Team Management

  • Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of technical experts. Build a robust Competency Action Plan (CAP) to stay ahead of evolving cloud, platform, and AI technologies. People management responsibilities will include managing specialized technical engineers across domains.
  • Operational Excellence: Standardize the "Definition of Ready" for all service handovers. Drive the adoption of digital platforms and AI-driven automation to streamline transition workflows. Define transition validation framework. - Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer. - Drive automation adoption. - Lead post-transition reviews. - Reduce early life incidents.

2. Technical Governance & Validation

  • SOW/MSA Compliance: Ensure the team rigorously validates that the technical build matches the contractual obligations and customer requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee Design Validation and Build Verification processes to eliminate technical debt before it reaches the steady-state delivery teams.
  • Compliance & Certification: Represent Global Delivery in critical audits and certifications (ISO, CMMI, SOC1/SOC2, SAP, etc.).

3. Stakeholder & Financial Management

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Pursuit, Tools Engineering, Transition Managers, and ITSM/DOSO teams to ensure a unified approach to account onboarding.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage the team budget (COD) and optimize resource allocation to ensure cost-effective delivery without compromising quality.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical risks during the transition phase to ensure "Penalty-Free Operations" from Go-Live dates.

What you need to bring:

Qualifications & Skills

  • Global Mindset: Ability to work flexibly across time zones and travel to client locations as required to support high-priority transitions.

Why This Role Matters

Without the TSE team’s validation, operational teams risk inheriting unstable environments, leading to service degradation and customer friction.
