We are currently seeking a Mendix Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Title: Mendix Developer – L1 & L2 Support

Location: Bangalore, India
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years

Role Overview:

We are seeking skilled Mendix Developers to join our support team in Bangalore. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for Mendix-based applications, ensuring smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

L1 Support:

• Monitor application health and performance.
• Handle user queries and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform routine checks and validations.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L2 support or development teams.
• Maintain support documentation and knowledge base.

L2 Support:

• Analyze and resolve complex application issues.
• Debug Mendix applications and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
• Support deployment and release activities.
• Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of tickets.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Mendix low-code platform (2+ years preferred).
• Good understanding of microflows, nanoflows, domain models, and page logic.
• Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience with REST APIs, integration, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
• Basic understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is desirable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Mendix development and support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have:

• Mendix Rapid or Advanced Developer Certification.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
