Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned MERN Stack Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and a global engineering team to build robust, high-performance platforms aligned with PGC Digitals enterprise-grade standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end full-stack solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

• Drive design discussions, performance optimizations, and scalable API strategy

• Collaborate with DevOps to design CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployments (AWS/Azure)

• Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor the development team

• Integrate AI/ML microservices and APIs into full-stack architecture where relevant

• Work on digital transformation projects across industries such as finance, retail, and healthcare

• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and other quality/security standards followed by PGC Digital

Required Skills

• Strong experience with the MERN stack and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

• Expertise in designing RESTful APIs and microservices

• Proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud environments

• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes

• Deep understanding of frontend frameworks (React.js, Redux) and UI optimization

• Knowledge of database modeling and MongoDB best practices

• Experience with unit testing and TDD (e.g., Jest, Mocha)

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
