Job Purpose                                      

Qualification:

Graduate; 1st division in 10th, 12th and Graduate MHA / MBA

Relevant Experience:    

• 5 – 7 + years of experience in Operations

Responsibilities

• Implementing standards and protocols for proper functioning of respective departments.
• Ensure maximum patient satisfaction across all functional areas.
• To conduct daily rounds
• To ensure all respective departments are adequately manned.
• To identify gaps in the system and find remedial measures to fill gaps

      in the shortest possible time.

• Develop a strong feedback system wherein valuable feedback is captured both from internal and external customers.
• Complaint / Grievance Handling.
• Ensure cohorting of rooms are strictly adhered to.
• Ensure grooming standards for all staff.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth functioning of all processes
