Job Title: Operational Risk Analyst – Model Risk Management

Location: Bangalore, Manyata Tech Park

Business and Team:

Model Risk & Validation provides independent Line 2 assurance and oversight of models and AI use cases across the Group, operating in line with internal policies, regulatory guidance, and industry best practices.

Impact and Contribution:

You will support enterprise-wide model risk reporting, governance forums, and regulatory engagements, contributing to the effective oversight of models across the Group.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support model portfolio reporting and regulatory submissions.

• Assist in maintaining model risk dashboards and management information.

• Support development and compliance of model risk policies and standards.

• Track operational risks, controls, issues, and remediation actions.

• Provide governance and committee support including documentation and minutes.

• Support reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in operational risk, governance, analytics, or regulatory reporting.

• Conceptual understanding of models and model risk management (working experience not mandatory).

• Exposure to regulatory reporting, audits, or risk committee support.

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools preferred.

• Working knowledge of SQL or an equivalent programming/coding language preferred.

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and learning agility.

Education Qualifications:

• MBA (Finance, Risk Management, Analytics, or related specialization) OR

• B. Tech / B.E. in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
