- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of operational strategies to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align operational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- Strong knowledge of production planning processes and detailed scheduling within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex operational issues in production environments.
- Ability to analyze system performance data and implement improvements to optimize workflows.
- Familiarity with integration points between production planning modules and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
