Oracle SCM - Manager / Lead
The KPMG KGS MC is looking for dynamic, high-energy and high-performing individuals to be a part of their Powered Enterprise journey. Powered Enterprise is an outcome-driven business transformation solution delivered through a global delivery network capability.
Role Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Manager with strong functional expertise, delivery leadership capability, and proven success in leading client-facing transformation engagements.
Key responsibilities will include:
Lead engagements across Oracle SCM Cloud and Oracle EBS environments across one or more functional areas such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, or Product Management.
Drive requirement discovery, process assessment, and solution design, ensuring alignment with client objectives, Oracle leading practices, and transformation outcomes.
Lead client workshops, fit-gap assessments, solution walkthroughs, and design governance discussions across the project lifecycle.
Provide functional leadership across Oracle SCM Cloud and Oracle EBS environments, ensuring robust process design, control alignment, and delivery quality.
Manage cross-functional integration with Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to deliver cohesive enterprise solutions.
Oversee functional design inputs for integrations, conversions, reporting, and extensions in collaboration with technical and architecture teams.
Provide oversight for issue resolution, defect triage, and risk management, ensuring timely decision-making and effective stakeholder communication.
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on Oracle SCM process transformation, solution adoption, and operational improvement.
Manage service delivery across incidents, service requests, enhancements, and change initiatives, with accountability for SLA adherence and quality of outcomes.
Review and govern key project deliverables including functional specifications, test artifacts, training content, and process documentation.
Lead and mentor consulting teams, drive knowledge transfer, and support delivery in a global, multi-location operating model.
Requirement
Extensive experience across Oracle SCM Cloud and Oracle EBS environments, including implementation, enhancement, or support engagements across modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Product Hub, or Logistics.
Strong command of end-to-end supply chain processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce, inventory management, fulfillment, and supplier collaboration.
Demonstrated experience in requirement management, solution design, configuration oversight, testing leadership, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
Strong knowledge of SCM configuration areas including item structures, inventory organizations, approval workflows, sourcing rules, fulfillment flows, and planning parameters.
Sound understanding of Oracle SCM master data, transaction flows, setup dependencies, and cross-functional process integration.
Experience working with integrations and data exchange methods such as FBDI, ADFDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
Experience leading data migration, validation, reconciliation, and conversion activities for key SCM data domains.
Proven ability to govern functional documentation, process design artifacts, test scripts, and business training materials.
Experience working across integrated Oracle Cloud environments, particularly with Finance and other enterprise platforms supporting end-to-end business processes.
Ability to articulate business value, recommend leading practices, and position Oracle SCM capabilities in support of client transformation objectives.
Demonstrated ability to lead knowledge transfer, capability building, and user enablement across business and delivery teams.
Awareness of opportunities to improve supply chain performance through automation, standardization, analytics, and process optimization.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in complex consulting environments.
Good to Have
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud, OTBI, BI Publisher, and SCM reporting or analytics capabilities will be advantageous.
- Oracle SCM Cloud certification or prior experience in certified implementation programs will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, planning, logistics, warehousing, or procurement transformation programs will be preferred.
- Exposure to broader Oracle Cloud process integration across Finance or other enterprise platforms will be beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications or relevant certifications will be preferred.
