Order Management Specialist

📌 About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our Order Management Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong ERP knowledge and a passion for supporting sales processes, ensuring seamless customer experience, and maintaining operational excellence.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
✅ Prepare and generate quotations and opportunities in the ERP system under supervision, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers
✅ Create and maintain Sales Orders in ERP with a high level of precision
✅ Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
✅ Proactively escalate unmet customer requirements to ensure prompt resolution
✅ Support the sales team in managing a controlled volume of orders and transactions efficiently
✅ Maintain data integrity and documentation aligned with company standards.
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree: B.Com, B.B.M, B.A, B.Sc
Postgraduate degree preferred: M.Com or MBA
🧠 Experience
2–4 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Customer Support
💻 Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Hands-on experience with SAP (CRM & ECC) or similar ERP systems
